SymbiSoda began as a desire to have a steady supply of fresh, bubbly, fruity, and affordable beverages at home. Since 2020 Jasper has been refining their kombucha brewing techniques.

Beginning with a classic ginger soda, and expanding into organic fruit flavors, SymbiSoda now has a rotating stock of 9 flavors.

Jasper brews everything in small batches from their home in Indianapolis.

SymbiSoda uses organic ingredients to brew a lightly fermented and crisply carbonated soda with fruit and herbal flavors.

Just because kombucha is fermented doesn’t mean it needs to taste like vinegar! Every batch is tasted along the way to make sure that our final sodas are balanced and a pleasure to drink.
